Alabama Coasting Recommends for GODADDY BOWL SUNDAY

IT'S FINALLY GODADDY BOWL - GAME DAY!

We hope all you Rocket and Red Wolves fans have enjoyed your time in the Port City - despite yesterday's sogginess. To start your day off right - we offer a few suggestions for brunch/lunch options and then, most importantly, a roster of who will be open following the game.

BRUNCH/LUNCH TIME

There are plenty of great brunch options in downtown Mobile, but if you've not yet discovered The Blind Mule (57 N. Claiborne St.) now is the time. Their small, eclectic "made from scratch" menu is perfectly complemented by Bottomless Mimosas and zesty Bloody Marys along with the friendliest staff in town.

Other brunch options include:

In downtown - TP CrockmiersCafe 615The Spot of Tea, and OK Bike Shop. In the Oakleigh Garden district - Callaghan's or Kitchen on George. And in Midtown - Sage Restaurant (with award-winning chef Chris Lambert), Lucky's Irish Grill, and Benjamin's

AND, YES, DOWNTOWN IS OPEN AFTER THE GAME
Whether you're toasting victory or drowning out the bitter taste of defeat, downtown's Dauphin Street is ready to serve you.  While other spots may also be open, we've confirmed the following:

Alchemy Tavern (7 S. Joachim, a half block off of Dauphin)
Loda Biergarten (with a late nite kitchen)
Pat's Downtown
Hayley's
The Haberdasher
O'Daly's Irish Pub
OK Bike Shop (with a late nite kitchen)
Moe's BBQ (kitchen closes by 10pm)

Regardless of how you spend your day - thanks for visiting.  No matter what the season, it's always a great time for a little Alabama Coasting! We look forward to seeing you again.
